Jonathan Barrett
CEO
Jonathan Barrett is the CEO of Kallikor. An experienced business leader known for scaling businesses from start-ups to blue-chip companies. Jonathan is committed to thoroughly understanding and addressing the operational challenges his customers face, enhancing their value by applying cutting-edge technology. His rich career includes significant roles at major corporations like Microsoft and Dataminr, where he spearheaded hyper-growth growth across business domains, led geographic expansion and launched pioneering new technologies and strategic deployment of artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics and SaaS solutions across various global markets. Jonathan joined Kallikor from his role as CEO of Enterprise Insights at Improbable, where he focused on business simulation and applying advanced robotics and automation to address some of the most pressing challenges in business and society.

Stephen Rose
Chief Product & Technology Officer
Stephen Rose is our Chief Product and Technology Officer, a product and technology leader with deep expertise in software, simulation, IoT, digital twin, and AI across multiple industries. As a key leader at Improbable, he helped spearhead their entry into the Defence market, and shaped the company's proposition, while as a founder at McLaren Applied Technologies, he managed multi-million-pound projects, bio-telemetry platform development, and drove IoT innovations. Earlier in his career at the McLaren Formula 1 team, he developed their advanced simulation platform. Stephen is passionate about enabling large numbers of people to be able to utilise AI and Simulation, saying:

Harry Grewal
Principal Programme Director
Harry Grewal is a seasoned operational leader with over a decade of experience in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. As Kallikor's Principal Programme Director, Harry brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in managing high-value projects, making him a trusted and reliable partner. Harry's career spans notable positions at Efficio, Accenture, and Improbable, where he consistently implemented and managed intricate digital transformation programmes across various business and operational domains. Renowned for his customer-focused approach, Harry has a knack for delivering groundbreaking technology solutions. His extensive experience ensures that Kallikor's customers and partners have complete confidence in his ability to mitigate risks and achieve seamless and successful program delivery every time.
Dave Culley
Product Director
Dave Culley is the Product Director at Kallikor. Dave specialises in advancing AI and simulation technologies from research to operation. As Product Director at Improbable, he led product development and supported business growth. His work has supported major governmental programmes, translating research into practical applications. Dave also has experience as the lead developer at London Computational Solutions, creating computational aerodynamics tools for F1. He holds a PhD in Applied Modelling and Computation from Imperial College London.

Elizabeth Reynolds
Lead People Partner
Elizabeth Reynolds is our People Lead. She has extensive experience in HR and Operations across financial services, with a background at Goldman Sachs within HCM where she was focussed on Senior Leadership Development, and Diversity and Inclusion. At Improbable, Elizabeth is the Lead People Partner for all central services as well as Kallikor. She is embedded in the teams in order to best support them, through change management, coaching, employee relations, and ensuring their voices are reflected in the People decisions we make at a company level. Prior to Improbable, she was Director of Operations at Axis Arbor Partners, and Operations and HR Manager at Marlborough Partners, where she was key in setting up policies and processes from scratch for these boutique debt advisory firms.
