Kallikor has been named in the 2026 Gartner report, Coolest Vendor Innovations for Logistics and Fulfillment.

Most supply chain leaders we talk to are being asked to make step-change decisions — consolidating sites, investing in automation, redesigning a network — with tools built for a different job. Planning platforms optimise the plan you already have. Network-design tools can tell you a configuration looks efficient on paper. Neither tells you what actually happens when the decision meets a real warehouse, on a real Tuesday, under real demand variability.

Two gaps sit behind that. One is scope: most tools model the flow between sites but have no visibility into what happens inside them, so a change that looks fine at network level can quietly break at site level — and nobody finds out until after it’s built. The other is fidelity: even tools that do look inside a site typically rely on averages, which smooth away the queues, bottlenecks and knock-on delays that determine whether a decision actually holds up in practice.

Kallikor was built to close both. It connects network and site-level operations in a single model, so capacity and constraints get tested together rather than separately — and it does that testing using discrete-event simulation, so the result reflects how the operation actually behaves rather than a simplified average of it. Together, that’s what lets a leader see the second- and third-order consequences of a decision before capital is committed, not after.

It’s an approach already in use across some of the UK’s most complex supply chains, including Morrisons, Primark, B&M, Musgrave and Nisbets. At Morrisons, Kallikor was used to test a significant SKU reduction and identify multi-million-pound savings in weeks rather than months, with a shared, evidence-based view the whole business could align around.
