Lovatt brings extensive supply chain and digital solutions experience and leadership acumen to his new role

London, UK – 04 July 2025Kallikor, the emerging leader in supply chain simulation technology, today announces the appointment of Will Lovatt as Chief Revenue Officer to accelerate the organisation’s growth plans.

Lovatt has over 30 years of experience in the supply chain and digital solutions sectors, having worked in leadership roles at supply chain software provider Deposco, supply chain optimisation leader LLamasoft (now Coupa) and AI-powered marketing solution company PROS. Drawing on his industry knowledge in driving strategy and execution across high growth, enterprise, startup and turnaround businesses, he will be taking the reins and leading Kallikor’s go-to-market operation.

Lovatt will be responsible for defining sales strategies to maximise business growth, drawing on Kallikor’s unique market position as a provider of accessible simulation features that don’t require extensive technical skills to be utilised effectively.

Without the need for coding, specific training or refined datasets, warehouse leaders and supply chain professionals are able to make faster and more confident decisions with Kallikor’s unique market offering. Enhanced decision-making is crucial to prevent costly downtime in the supply chain sector, with unplanned disruption expected to cost UK and European manufacturers £80bn in 2025.

Kallikor’sIts platform offers digital twin capabilities that enables organisations to ensure sustainability, cost-effectiveness and resiliency. Figures from consulting firm McKinsey reveal a use case where a digital twin enabled the redesign of a production schedule in a warehouse environment, reducing overtime requirements at an assembly plant and achieving a 5-7% monthly cost saving.

Combining people, processes and equipment in one tool, Kallikor’s solution is also differentiated by not requiring complete or refined datasets to run scenarios quickly, enabling users to gain valuable insights soon after deployment.

Lovatt says, “Simulation platforms are not designed for the people that actually use them. Kallikor offers a fresh approach to developing and testing concept designs. My experience will help bring our platform’s capabilities to those who understand warehouse operations best, enabling them to make confident operational changes and ROI-driven investments.”

Jonathan Barrett, CEO of Kallikor says, “The inaccessibility of current simulation tools means organisations are unable to leverage the technology to tackle modern supply chain challenges. With Will’s extensive industry and go-to-market experience, we’re able to demonstrate the benefits and value that confident simulation-driven decision-making can have for warehouse and supply chain businesses.”
