Before co-founding Kallikor, Jack led simulation initiatives at Improbable across logistics and national infrastructure, helping organisations tackle complex planning challenges where decisions carried significant operational and financial consequences. His work centred on turning uncertainty into structured, evidence-based decision making – an approach that continues to shape Kallikor today.
As CEO, Jack leads Kallikor’s strategy, product direction and long-term growth, working closely with customers, partners and the team to help organisations make better supply chain decisions with greater confidence.

Will Lovatt
Chief Revenue Officer
Will Lovatt is our Chief Revenue Officer, an experienced market-facing leader with deep knowledge from a distinguished career in supply chain software. Starting with IBM in the late 80s his interest and knowledge of Supply Chain technology and the positive impact it can have on business performance and the environment has been a persistent thread through a varied and successful career.
Will has successfully scaled software businesses, working with some of the world's most demanding supply chain operations to help them deliver innovation and operational efficiencies.

Harry Grewal is a seasoned operational leader with over a decade of experience in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. As Kallikor's Principal Programme Director, Harry brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in managing high-value projects, making him a trusted and reliable partner.
Harry's career spans notable positions at Efficio, Accenture, and Improbable, where he consistently implemented and managed intricate digital transformation programmes across various business and operational domains. Renowned for his customer-focused approach, Harry has a knack for delivering groundbreaking technology solutions. His extensive experience ensures that Kallikor's customers and partners have complete confidence in his ability to mitigate risks and achieve seamless and successful program delivery every time.
Chris Brett
Chief Technology Officer
Chris brings a wealth of experience in technology leadership, with deep expertise in simulation, AI, robotics, and software architecture. This includes leadership roles at Ocado Technology where he served as Head of Architecture and Head of Robotics.
He is proud to have invented Ocado’s swarm robotics storage and retrieval system (holding several patents in the area) and led its simulation efforts. More recently Chris founded and led a tech consultancy in AI, simulation, and automation to the supply chain industry, and grew a successful software product business.

James Amos
Head of Product
James Amos is Head of Product at Kallikor, with over 25 years’ experience developing simulation and AI technologies that have shaped some of the world’s most complex infrastructure and logistics projects.
His career spans leadership roles at Legion, Ito World, and Buro Happold, where he built tools and platforms used by Apple Retail, Google Maps, TfL, Heathrow Airport, and major infrastructure projects such as the Elizabeth Line, Wembley Stadium and the Olympic Parks in London, Rio, and Beijing. At Legion, James helped grow the company into a global leader in pedestrian simulation, adopted by over half of the world’s top transit agencies.
James brings deep domain knowledge, a hands-on approach, and a passion for clarity in complex systems. At Kallikor, he leads product strategy, helping to shape the next generation of AI-powered supply chain and simulation tools.
